Originally starting out in custom printing for people, we saw a great opportunity to bring this expertise to pets, offering them stylish apparel with customizable print options. All of our apparel, whether custom or not, showcases each pet’s unique personality—just like their human family.

How do I know what size to order for my pet?Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you choose the right size for your pet. To give the perfect fit and experience for you and your dog, start by measuring your dog's back length followed by the chest girth. Pick the closest combination of measurements to your dog's unique shape. When in doubt, please choose the larger size. If you are in between sizes, go with the larger size. We also recommend prioritizing the chest measurement over the neck and back measurements. 1. Back length — Measure the length of your pet's back from the base of the neck all the way to just above the top of the tail. 2. Chest Girth — Measure the chest around its' widest point. Pick the closest combination of measurements to match your dog's unique shape.

Are your products made-to-order?Yes, all our products are made-to-order, allowing you to choose whether or not to add custom designs. Our items are crafted to look great with or without prints, giving you the flexibility to decide what suits your pet best.

Are all sales final?Not all sales are final. While custom-printed products are non-returnable due to their personalized nature, we do accept returns for regularly stocked merchandise. Flawed items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Non-flawed items can be returned within 14 days with a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs deducted. Please double-check your order details before placing it, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns!

How long will it take to receive my order?Processing times vary depending on the customization, but orders typically ship within 7-10 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?Currently, we only ship within the United States, but we are working to expand our shipping options in the future.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you with resolving the issue.

Can I change or cancel my order?We work hard to process orders as quickly as possible, which means the window for changes or cancellations is very short. Once an order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be canceled or modified.
