Regular Purchases:
For other items, we accept returns if the product is in new condition, with tags intact and original packaging included. The item must be free of odor, pet hair, and any signs of wear. While we don’t offer exchanges, we do accept returns for a refund. Kindly keep this in mind when trying the item on your pet. Specialty Items (e.g., Chains and Leashes):
Our chains are wrapped in protective packaging to avoid scratches during transit. Once this packaging is removed, we are unable to accept returns. Please inspect your item carefully before removing the protective layer to ensure it meets your expectations.
Return Process:

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt, and once reviewed, we’ll issue your refund or store credit promptly. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and any shipping costs incurred during the initial checkout are non-refundable.
