At PetTee Apparel, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience by offering detailed size charts for every product to help you make the right choice. For custom orders, we provide mockups for your approval before printing, ensuring you’re fully satisfied with your selection.


We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to making things right if there’s an issue with your order. Our merchandise is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our facility. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth process.

Final Sale Items:

Items marked as "Final Sale" are offered at significantly reduced prices, allowing you to enjoy great savings. These items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. We encourage you to double-check sizing and details before purchasing any "Final Sale" items to ensure a perfect fit.

Returns for Regularly Stocked Merchandise:

  • Flawed Items: If the item you receive is flawed, we will gladly offer a full refund on blank, regularly stocked merchandise returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Non-Flawed Items: If you wish to return non-flawed merchandise, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. However, a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Items must be in new and unused condition, with tags intact and original packaging included, free of odor, pet hair, and any signs of wear.

Custom Products:

Custom-printed products are non-returnable. However, if the item you receive differs significantly from the approved proof or is flawed in a major way, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at stylishpets@petteeapparel.com with your reason for requesting a return. If the item is flawed or we’ve made an error, please include a photograph of the issue so we can issue a prepaid return shipping label.
     

  2. Prepare the Item: Ensure the product is in its original packaging, in new and unused condition as defined above. Kindly keep this in mind when trying items on your pet. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
     

  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund via your original payment method.

Cancellations or Changes to Orders:

​We strive to process orders quickly, which means the window for cancellations or changes is very short. Once an order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be canceled or modified. This includes changes to shipping methods or addresses. Shipping charges are agreed upon at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.
