Cancellation Policy
At PetTee Apparel, we value the time and effort it takes to plan a successful Pup-Up event, and we’re excited to bring our unique pet apparel and accessories to your community. While we do not charge a fee for booking a Pup-Up, we kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting our scheduling process. Cancellation Guidelines: *If you need to cancel your Pup-Up event, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other communities who may wish to book. *We understand that emergencies happen. If an unforeseen circumstance prevents you from providing sufficient notice, we kindly ask that you communicate with us as soon as possible. Why Advance Notice Matters: Although we do not charge a booking fee, preparing for and traveling to a Pup-Up requires time, planning, and resources. Late cancellations or no-shows impact our ability to serve other customers and communities. By honoring this policy, you help ensure that we can continue to provide fun and memorable Pup-Up experiences for everyone.
