Processing times vary depending on the level of customization. Most orders are shipped within 7–10 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Delivery times may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier for your shipment will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to all U.S. states.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at stylishpets@petteeapparel.com.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. While PetTee Apparel is not liable for carrier delays, we will assist in finding a resolution.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order.
PetTee Apparel is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where PetTee Apparel has made an error.
